Four gentle steps, at your family's pace
From the first conversation to the keepsake you hold afterwards; here is exactly how a Rose & Raven ceremony comes to be.
01
A first, gentle conversation
We begin however feels easiest; a phone call, a video chat, or tea at your kitchen table. There is no script and no obligation. You talk; we listen. This is where we learn whether we are the right hands for your family.
20–30 minutes · phone, video, or in person · always free
02
The discovery interview
This is the heart of everything. In one or several unhurried conversations; always included, never an add-on; we gather the real stories: the favourite jokes, the hard seasons, the quiet devotions, the legacy. The unvarnished truth that makes a ceremony honest.
As long as it takes · with whoever wants to share
03
The writing & shaping
Crystal writes the ceremony; every word custom; and builds your memorial video from your photographs and music. You review the draft and shape it together until it sounds exactly like them. Nothing is spoken on the day that you haven't approved.
Full draft for your review · revisions until it is right
04
The day of remembrance
On the day itself, you will have a calm, steady presence guiding the room; so your family can simply be together. Afterwards, the words are yours: a keepsake script to hold onto, and the memorial video to return to whenever you miss them.
Steady officiation · keepsake script & video to keep

The first step is only a conversation.
Tell us a little about your person, and how you'd like to be reached. We'll take it from there; gently.
Begin when you're ready
